At times when a client's business model requires additional components beyond standard
MAS 500 and O2, EVS can provide
custom solutions as it has for numerous clients. EVS will visit
the client to collaborate with the stakeholders and users and interactively document and prioritize requirements.
EVS will also review how the requirements fit with the
current MAS 500/O2 solution and discuss alternatives to custom development.
When a client determines the benefit of custom development
exceeds any alternatives, the client team and EVS will create an iteration and
release plan. Requirements will be prioritized by risk and by release so the riskiest requirements for the
current release are tackled first.
EVS will then iteratively develop customer value by
producing executable code in each iteration and reviewing requirements and the custom
solution on a bi-weekly basis in order to receive client feedback and make adjustments.
EVS takes pride in keeping open and honest communication
throughout the project lifecycle and being adaptable to a client's changing business needs. Our team also
commits to supporting our custom solutions through installation, rollout and
an initial go live period.
“Targeted customization by our development team can super charge your ROI. We will not leave you
shackled to an old version of MAS 500; customizations are always kept current with new releases.”
Nathan Brown, EVS Managing Partner, Development
