Mid – Level Software Engineer
Escape Velocity Systems (Boulder, CO) is looking for a junior or mid-level software
engineer with proven work experience working on commercial grade software applications. The successful

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant for our Implementation Project Management Team who is
highly organized and motivated with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The right
candidate will have experience in IT software implementations. Knowledge of any ERP software, in particular
MAS 500, with skills in Microsoft SQL and Crystal Reports a plus. Having worked with process manufacturing
also a plus.
Primary duties will include:
- Assist companies with manufacturing software implementation (remote and on-site)
- Track and report on various tasks and deliverables for an ERP implementation project
- Help manage project scope, deliverable qualities, time and budget
- Maintain project plan, project document collaboration portal and communication documents
Preferred knowledge:
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry (esp. process manufacturing)
- Accounting background: debits / credits, financial statements
- OCM experience
- Database skills such as Access, Crystal Reports, MSSQL

Level One Support Consultant
We are looking for a Level One Support Consultant for our consulting firm who is energetic, highly
motivated, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and who is detail oriented. This
position will require a great deal of team work and coordination with other support team members. Our

Primary duties will include:
- First line of support for customer calls; log calls in SalesLogix and escalate as necessary to Support team
- Learn Sage Software MAS500, O2 Process Manufacturing and O2 Mobile Warehouse Software
- Communicate and interact with Level 2 Support team members about support issues
- Answer company calls and redirect as necessary
- Regular communication with clients
- Assist customers remotely with installation of software
- Internal IT Support (occasional) including:
- Internal hardware/software maintenance
- Network and phone configuration
