How long will it take to implement the ERP system?

What does the term "core financials" mean?

Core financials describes the base financial accounting software modules found in Sage MAS 500 ERP software and include: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, purchase order, multicurrency management, allocations, active planner budgeting and fixed assets.

Can I purchase individual modules?

O2 Process Manufacturing software is sold as a core suite of modules, however, various individual modules are available to meet the unique needs of your company.

Can our current data be converted to the new ERP system?

Options are available in most cases that will allow your current data to be converted to the new ERP system. An EVS consultant can discuss the options that are available more in-depth.

How many users can we have?  Is your ERP system scalable?

O2 Process Manufacturing and Sage MAS 500 ERP software can be scaled to fit the individual needs of your company from implementation all of the way through the years of growth.  The number of users that are able to login at one time is determined by the number of user licenses purchased.  Should the number of users required increase, additional user licenses can be purchased. 

Does EVS offer technical support for the ERP system?

EVS offers annual maintenance programs that include technical support for your ERP system, or we can provide technical support on an individual incident basis.  EVS technical support staff is available to assist you with your O2 Process Manufacturing and O2 Mobile Warehouse distribution software questions throughout the day, either by telephone or electronically.
