Effective inventory management is only possible with accurate stock level information in your Sage MAS 500 ERP system.  Poor inventory control not only compromises MRP (Materials Requirement Planning), but it creates havoc with the process of production scheduling and order fulfillment.  The O2 Cycle Count module uses a proven methodology of targeted cycle counting and is a great way to increase inventory accuracy, save costs, and avoid the need for a full physical inventory count.     Cycle Count Screen Shot

The O2 Cycle Count module uses an O2 Statistical Calculator™ which statistically calculates a daily list of items to count based on confidence levels and enable your warehouse personnel to verify the priority items first.  The results are automatically documented in the system and the actual procedure can be performed with O2 Mobile handheld scanners by anyone in the warehouse.

With the help of the O2 Cycle Count module, you can achieve an easy and effective way to minimize inventory variances throughout the year.  In fact, the consistent use of cycle counting may negate the need for year-end physical counts altogether.
